WILDLIFE ART & PET PORTRAITS
As I'm based in Suffolk most of the shows I exhibit in the Suffolk/Norfolk area. In 2024 I was lucky enough to win 3rd prize for my owl painting at the Suffolk Show!
I have been painting animals and birds and producing pet portraits for many years. I always work in acrylics, building up layers of colour then adding the detail with lots of fine brush work.
I mainly use my own photographs for inspiration and enjoy visiting places to photograph wildlife. I also work from clients photos to produce pet portraits - mainly dogs, horses and cats but sometimes more unusual requests such as an American badger, grey parrot, ducks and hens.
